These 2 hour mini-workshops for teachers, trainers, yogis and all interested movers - will offer the research and understanding of Embodied Awareness including: muscles to organs/systems, neuro-muscular coordination, age appropriate movement based in anatomy and structural development, eastern and western perspectives on the body, body/mind and the humanness of body language.
